If you like retro then bowling stuff and vintage glamour is for you. If you like supernatural or building old fashioned homes in the sims then you want vampires. Parenthood is a vital pack to have and the newest. If you are a base game player then you may feel it is initially lacking but when you begin to add packs it is to quote the Aladdin,"A whole new world!" It's toddlers are also the best out of any of the Sims so far so if you like family play then its definitely worth it.Īnother thing I think is important is the expansion and game packs. It doesn't have an open world that leaves some players of the previous games frustrated but it renders faster for me and I like that better than the open world. It is different in game play and in look to the previous games so it can be a little jarring at first but it can be a hoot and a half when played. I've played and watched a lot with the various incarnations of the sims and the Sims 4 has a really unique feel to it.
